I was in a hurry this morning and could not make breakfast, so unfortunately I had to eat to Raisin Bran Crunch. It’s not very high in calories and is high in fiber, but every time I eat cereal in the morning I am hungry an hour later. At least I know I am not alone. Cereal is not a good breakfast for anyone trying to lose weight!
